1. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on measurements and information provided at the time of inspection. Pricing may change due to supplier cost adjustments, glass type, size variations, or site conditions. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Supply-Only Orders

All custom glass orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once the order has been placed with the supplier. Customers are solely responsible for measurement accuracy and compliance with local building codes, including tempered or safety glass requirements.

3. Installation Services

Installation services include professional labor performed by GM Window Glass Repair. Any workmanship warranty applies only to installation performed by the company and does not cover impact damage, acts of nature, structural movement, or misuse.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined on each invoice. Supply-only orders require full payment prior to ordering. Failure to remit payment may result in service delays or cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

GM Window Glass Repair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to improper third-party installation or measurement errors.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
